Error loading DOW data feed

Good morning,

The DOW datafeed does not load correctly.

Steps that I have already taken:
- login in live trading account in IB
- Made all necessary payments in Sierra
- Delete and reload data
- all steps as mentioned in the FAQs

How can this be solved?

We do not know what you mean by the "DOW datafeed". What symbol are you trying to get data for and having a problem with?

Thanks, I tried th force login, but it didnt work. I checked the messages log, see the attachjed screenshot. Maybe this helps to find the issue. Addditionally, I also use the DAX-202103-DTB-EUR-25[M] datafeed and that one works fine.

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Could the problem be some issue with my IB account? I have an IBKR PRO account with IB.

Unless there is an incorrect detection of the account by Sierra Chart. You did mention you are using an Interactive Brokers Pro account but we do not think that this would be a problem.

What are the first two or three characters of the account identifier?

I think I have solved the problem, socket ports in Sierra and IB were different. Which is strange because they were the same. So I adjusted the socket ports in IB to match the socket port in Sierra. Error messages have disapeared and the datafeed for the YM-202103-ECBOT[M] loads fine now. What still is strange is that the DAX-202103-DTB-EUR-25[M] feed gave no problems, even with socket ports of Sierra and IB not being in sync. Anyway, it works for now. Thanks for the effort you have put into this.

That is because the EUREX has no requirement for a funded trading account verification unlike CME.
