Greetings, When connecting with my Denali Sierra Feed this morning, I received this error message which unbales me to download the Eurex Data. Could you tell me why? Because it seems that I am up to date with my payments. Best Regards, Nicolas Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-02-15 19:18:39

Same here I was getting the same error message as the above Gentleman, updated to the latest version, still getting the error message. I updated to the Pre-Release version, now the error message has disappeared but I was still not getting historical intraday DAX data, all other futures contracts I follow seem to be fine, just the DAX had an issue. If it helps anyone I opened a Historical chart for the DAX, which seemed to work, then I changed the Volume chart I originally had open to a 1 minute chart (Data came through), I could then change back to a volume chart. |

To update to the current version of Sierra Chart follow the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update but I was still not getting historical intraday DAX data, all other futures contracts I follow seem to be fine, just the DAX had an issue. If you still have an issue we need you to follow the instructions here:Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog This is not a solution at all: If it helps anyone I opened a Historical chart for the DAX, which seemed to work, then I changed the Volume chart I originally had open to a 1 minute chart (Data came through), I could then change back to a volume chart.
