HELP, i have no idea what is going on

Hello; i started sierra account through AMP clearing.
It worked well and then stopped, i have no idea how to resume service, ive made couple of payments, it charged some from my trading account, but it aint working. it says it is billing me through my broker account, but rejecting payments (i have no idea what are those payments) due to no funds on my account, but i clearly have funds on my account.
All in all, i need sierra for volume profile charting and non-professional CME data, would you please clarify on what steps should i take to get there, im in total frustration, thank you in advance

First thing we need you to do is to follow all the instructions starting at step 9 here:

That should resolve the issue but you still are receiving delayed data. You need to follow the instructions here to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

But really we need to help you with the Denali Exchange Data Feed activation since your account is with AMP. Let us know if you want us to proceed with that.

The next step is to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup again. Here are the steps you need to take:
- Add funds to your account to cover the cost of the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Exchange. In your case, this will be $45.77 USD if you activate today. The reason for the odd value is that the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee is pro-rated for the month, so it is only $14.57 today for the rest of the month.

- Go to the Recurring Services page and at the bottom reactivate the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Exchange for the Full CME Group. You can access this page here:
