Hello; i started sierra account through AMP clearing. It worked well and then stopped, i have no idea how to resume service, ive made couple of payments, it charged some from my trading account, but it aint working. it says it is billing me through my broker account, but rejecting payments (i have no idea what are those payments) due to no funds on my account, but i clearly have funds on my account. All in all, i need sierra for volume profile charting and non-professional CME data, would you please clarify on what steps should i take to get there, im in total frustration, thank you in advance |
