Need data service provider for trading ETFs and stocks on Green Chart

Hi, I just renewed my subscription with https://secureonlinedaytradinguniversity.com/ (Kevin Jones and the Jones' Indicators). I have success with real-time updates for FOREX pairs with SC Data; however, I do not have success and have a 30 minute time lag when I create charts for ETFs, e.g. SPY, and stocks, e.g. FAANG stocks. What data service provider should I use to receive real-time data feeds for ETFs and stocks? Thank You! David Fender |

Do I need to sign agreements and approve another data feed with an exchange for $25/month? I am happy to do so; I just need some instructions as I would like real-time data feeds for the ETF, SPY, and the FAANG stocks (Facebook, Amazon, etc....) and other major stocks.

OK. I activated a data feed; signed the agreements. An US$ amount appears as an outstanding amount due on my account to Sierra Charts. When I spoke with Rachel at Online Day Trade University today she said that my monthly payment to them of includes a $46.99 fee that goes to Green Charts/Sierra Charts. Rachel said that my account with Green Charts/Sierra Charts is current as of February 8, 2021. If I owe money to Green Charts/Sierra Charts, of course, I will pay. I just need clarification. And, the data feed for the ETF, SPY, is still not real-time....

For real-time US Equities (stocks) data you do need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the US Equities exchange. You did activate this data feed but you have not yet activated the US Equities exchange. You need to do that here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures We can do that for you. Just let us know. The cost is 10.50 per month. You pay for the data feed and this exchange fee directly through your Sierra Chart account. It does not involve Green Chart at all. I am still not receiving real-time data feed for SPY (the SPDR ETF) stock. There is a 15 minute lag. Should I be using the SC Data -- all services (data) setting? |

Your Sierra Chart account is paid for through a reseller. The Services Balance you have on your Sierra Chart account is separate from whatever you would pay the mentioned reseller. The $267.50 is not the amount due, it is the amount of money you have available in your account. The next time a payment will be due directly to us (Sierra Chart) will be on March 1, 2021 for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
