For real-time US Equities (stocks) data you do need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the US Equities exchange. You did activate this data feed but you have not yet activated the US Equities exchange. You need to do that here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures We can do that for you. Just let us know. The cost is 10.50 per month. You pay for the data feed and this exchange fee directly through your Sierra Chart account. It does not involve Green Chart at all.
