my free trial expired 2 months ago Now I have funded my account with the asked money but account is still not active. At my Account Control Panel it says the below Current Usage Time Ending Date: 2020-11-26 23:59:59 UTC 0 Days Current Service Package: Trial Package Service Package Enabled For Renewal: none Change Package or Set Service Package For Renewal Allowed Systems: 0 out of a total of 2 system(s) are currently being used. Last Login: 2021-02-05 02:51:50 (3.38 hours ago) | Restricted I have filled all the agreement I chose Denali Exchnage Data feed With Service Package 5 Full CME ($31.2). On the Activate Service page I see GREEN CHECK on CME Exchange Agreement, I see GREEN CHECK on Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges and I see GREEN CHECK on Denali Exchange Data Feed For all Services (Eligible). can some one please tell me what i have missed. what will be monthly expenses using these services. ( I have a FUTURES Account with AMP) services package 5 + Denali exchange data feed + Full CME ($31.2). when will I receive a real time data because on Sierra Chart console it shows NOT CONNECTED. Your first priority is to select a Service Package and get that selected for your account. Thank you. I will do that. I am assuming I will get the real time data as well. I want to know what will be my monthly cost for using SP5 + DENALI DATA FEED WITH routing services + full CME bundle($31.2). Thank you! |

Once you have Usage Time in your account, you will get the Real-Time CME Data that you have signed up for. AMP currently gives a discount on the software cost, but when you get Sierra Chart from a broker, it is a limited version and only able to trade with that broker's trading services. When it get it from us, there are not restrictions on who you can connect to, or other limitations that the broker version may have.
