TransactAT trades don't show in SierraCharts and visa versa

Near term question. I have an account with Transact Futures. Trades made via TransactAT (their trading platform) do not show up in Sierra Charts. And trades made in the same account via Sierra Charts do not show up as active/past trades in TransactAT. Yet I can successfully trade my Transact Futures account via either platform. It is mystierious. Possibly is there a data service connection setting in SC that I have in error? Any guesses to point me in the right direction? I am a service package 3 customer.

Long term question. To continue to use SC for trading, I see that I need to establish an account with one of your acceptable 'order routing service' firms, right? For me, I must have access to historical tick data (minimum of 90 days, preferably 120 days). Does Denali provide that? Or do I need SC Exchange data feed for that? Currently, I only need CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX market data.

If you are able to trade your Transact account from Sierra Chart then all of the Service Settings related to this are set properly.

However, check the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >>Connection Type and make sure it is set properly.

Yes this is what would make sense.

Update to the latest prerelease of Sierra Chart:
Software Download: Fast Update

Also after updating, make sure that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Disable Orders Connection is set to No.
