If you are able to trade your Transact account from Sierra Chart then all of the Service Settings related to this are set properly. However, check the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >>Connection Type and make sure it is set properly. The only other relevant information would be here: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Viewing Orders and Trade Position on the Chart / Trade DOM Long term question. To continue to use SC for trading, I see that I need to establish an account with one of your acceptable 'order routing service' firms, right? Yes this is what would make sense. For me, I must have access to historical tick data (minimum of 90 days, preferably 120 days). Does Denali provide that? Or do I need SC Exchange data feed for that? Currently, I only need CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX market data.
