Switched Datafeed and routing with my broker but SC isn't workin

Last month I was setup with AMP using SC service pack 5 along with denali and SC-TT-w datafeed / order routing. Had a trading evaluator with Apteros last month, but I de-activated this in the sierra user account control panel today. I submit the forms with AMP to switch me back to Sierra-CQG with full depth bundle yesterday (still service pack 5). It's been over a day but my SC doesn't work, says there's missing funds for the routing and won't let me connect with the CQG web api in the data feed selection (all the datafeeds are not available with package). I confirmed with AMP today that SC-TT is off. Is there something that needs to be adjusted in my account control panel or from the sierra chart support end to make this work? Why do you want to use CQG? We do not recommend CQG. You should stay on the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. And the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It is a big mistake to be using CQG market data. And we will not help with that. Users should listen to what we say instead of ignoring us and then later bringing problems to us. If you want to save money with CQG, the cost of using the SC order routing service and the Denali feed, either in March or April will not be any more costly. And in any case, now it is only 20 USD a-month more. If there is some other technical problem you had let us know so we can address that. Your Sierra Chart account through your broker is expired.
