Last month I was setup with AMP using SC service pack 5 along with denali and SC-TT-w datafeed / order routing. Had a trading evaluator with Apteros last month, but I de-activated this in the sierra user account control panel today. I submit the forms with AMP to switch me back to Sierra-CQG with full depth bundle yesterday (still service pack 5). It's been over a day but my SC doesn't work, says there's missing funds for the routing and won't let me connect with the CQG web api in the data feed selection (all the datafeeds are not available with package). I confirmed with AMP today that SC-TT is off. Is there something that needs to be adjusted in my account control panel or from the sierra chart support end to make this work?
