You are currently receiving the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group. This is because the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your account did not automatically renew on February 1, 2021 since you did not have enough funds in your account to pay for it. Hi thx for the help. I don't need the Dinali feed if your normal sierra feed includes live data for the 36.00 monthly fee. But if I still have to,I will pay the 3.25 extra for it, no problem. Thx again Rod

In order to get the Real-Time data for the CME Group you would need to pay for it. This includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed fee and the exchange fee(s). These fees are above the pricing for the Sierra Chart software. You can also pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed fee by using packages 10, 11, or 12. which have the Denali Feed fee built in. But you will still need to pay the exchange fee through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Either way you set it up it costs the same.
