Hello, I am new to Sierra Charts and having some issues navigating The Denali set-up process. I am following the instructions on the Denali Exchange Data Feed page: "Select the pulldown next to the number 2 and select the appropriate Data Feed option. If this same Sierra Chart account is using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then select the option for Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Order Routing Service, otherwise select the Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services." When I go to the drop now menu, the only option available is "Disable" and not the other two options described in the instructions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thnaks Jim |

Sorry, we are in the process of updating the documentation for the changes we are making to the packages and we are a bit behind. Since you are currently on Package 5, you would need to change to Package 11 in order to add the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Then go through the rest of the Setup Instructions. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
