Hi Sir/Madam, I activated my months free trial yesterday but I am struggling to get live data to come through on my account. I have followed all of the required steps but it is not working and uit is still a delayed feed on my Sierra. Please can you advise!] Kind regards, Andrew |

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Hi john, Sorry to bother again but i have just realised that I actually meant to sign up to option 4 as below: CME, For professionals and users without a trading account Symbols: CME, GBLX Would it be possible to change over to this for the rest of my months trial?
