hi team when I log on to my sierra accout a ihave on the top left side on the screen on the red information NOT CONNECTED information I received is: connect to the data feed curent service package does nor support this function help-> account control panel' to change your package I try to do that byt after log in to my panel I found information Available Services Choose Service Package and Time Period for Usage Time, or "Disabled": Not available for your account type, as it is associated with a reseller. For your account, Service Package activation and deactivation is controlled by a reseller for your account. Ok we see you are trying to connect to SC Data-All Services. That is not supported on your account with AMP. You would need to connect either to CQG or the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.
