Hello, I have am currently on the trial for the CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account. However, every time I sign the uniform subscriber agreement it gets rejected due to not having a futures account. I have submitted multiple times but it gets rejected because of the same issue. |

The CME Group requires that you have a funded futures trading account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional. As such, the agreements need to be in sync with one another. Therefore, if you are not entering any information for a trading account on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, then you cannot state that you are a Non-Professional on the CME Non Professional Certification. For more information on the CME Requirement, refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have a funded trading account, then we recommend the following service: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

My account has been tagged as a professional account as I stated on the CME Non Professional Certification that I don't have a non professional account. However, the uniform subscriber agreement is still being rejected for not having Futures account details.

You need to sign both forms at (approximately) the same time and the information between them needs to match. If you are trying to sign as a Non-Professional: Then you need to have the futures trading account information in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement and select "I am a nonprofessional" in the CME Non-Professional Certification. If you are trying to sign as a Professional: Then you can leave the futures trading account information blank in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, but you then need to select "I do not qualify as a nonprofessional" in the CME Non-Professional Certification. I have done this exact process and selected no as a non-professional and this has been accepted for the Non-professional certification but when I sign the uniform subscriber agreement and leave the futures account details blank it is still being rejected.

We apologize, as we see that the last set of agreements that you filled out (January 29, 2021) were done properly, but for some reason the Uniform Subscriber Agreement was rejected. We are looking into this and will let you know if we can correct this without any further intervention on your part.
