You need to sign both forms at (approximately) the same time and the information between them needs to match. If you are trying to sign as a Non-Professional: Then you need to have the futures trading account information in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement and select "I am a nonprofessional" in the CME Non-Professional Certification. If you are trying to sign as a Professional: Then you can leave the futures trading account information blank in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, but you then need to select "I do not qualify as a nonprofessional" in the CME Non-Professional Certification.
