Hi I'm still only receiving delayed data feed and I'm connected to the data feed...can anyone help please!!

Everything looks good on our end, and you have everything setup properly. The first thing to check is that you have the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. Refer to the information here: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) Another possibility is that you have only signed up for Real-Time data from the CME exchange. If you are looking at a symbol that trades on a different exchange, then those will give you the delayed data. Hi John, checked that and is set to 'yes', so how do I obtain the E-Mini S&P 500,because I can't seem to find it to add?

Go to File >> Find Symbol, then open the section for FUTURES - CME. It will be in there.
