Everything looks good on our end, and you have everything setup properly. The first thing to check is that you have the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. Refer to the information here: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) Another possibility is that you have only signed up for Real-Time data from the CME exchange. If you are looking at a symbol that trades on a different exchange, then those will give you the delayed data.
