Hi, (1) I am NOT sure what has been setup or Not setup .. and I am getting sooo frustrated with all your screens of instructions. I have already funded my account, and I have completed the market data agreement. (2) ** I originally requested for the following - Setup: Sierra Charts (with Denali Data Feed & Order Routing through AMP Futures Brokerage) – $75 USD/mo total breakdown: $25 USD/mo for Sierra Charts Advanced Package 5 platform + $20 USD/mo for Denali Data Feed + $30.00 USD for CME Data Bundle I am now following up on my second support Request (21-01-21 15:21:28 by Sierra Chart Support) .. *** Please can somebody HELP me or do this setup for me, because I am in Australia .. and I am getting very exasperated !! Your account is setup to be paid through, and managed by, AMP. You have everything almost done. You just need to let AMP know that you have completed the Data Feed Agreements for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and that they need to enable the exchange you want (it sounds like you want the Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals). It is then up to AMP to enable the exchange for you.
