Your account is setup to be paid through, and managed by, AMP. You have everything almost done. You just need to let AMP know that you have completed the Data Feed Agreements for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and that they need to enable the exchange you want (it sounds like you want the Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals). It is then up to AMP to enable the exchange for you.
