Yes, im using CQG, AMP Send Me an Email with my Live Platform Login Credentials with the Account Name, but i didn't recived the Email with my Password...Where can i ask for it?

The first thing to try and do is change your Sierra Chart password. You can do this from the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/PasswordReset.php If you do not receive the email to reset your password, then we need to know the Sierra Chart Account Name that AMP sent to you. If you do not want to put it into this forum, then start an Account Support Ticket, which is private. You can access the Account Support Ticket at this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SupportTickets We need to know your Account Name to check and make sure that the email address we have for that account is correct.
