The first thing to try and do is change your Sierra Chart password. You can do this from the following page:

If you do not receive the email to reset your password, then we need to know the Sierra Chart Account Name that AMP sent to you. If you do not want to put it into this forum, then start an Account Support Ticket, which is private. You can access the Account Support Ticket at this link:

We need to know your Account Name to check and make sure that the email address we have for that account is correct. If it is not, then that would be why you did not receive the emails.
