getting invalid user name and password error when trying to connect to cqg, I have tried

Most likely you are having trouble connecting to CQG. Your broker needs to help you with this.

It will be easiest and best to have AMP change you to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service to avoid this problem:

amp says everything fine on their side, reset password, when try to connect says invalid user and password, redirects me to pay for package, i spoke with amp futures my broker they state with my account i get package 3 for free, can I get some help?, there must be something wrong, want to get connect sierra to cqg can you help?

What "redirects me to pay for package"? Can you give us a screenshot showing what this is about?

i do not have a screen shot, how can you help me get logged in?

i have as my user name:AC92907 and password that I got from amp futures on reset as xxxxxxx

please help?

my amp broker says I have 3 package included, I was able to log in without any issues for a long time, not sure why having so much problem
