bid/ask size missing in the Trade DOM columns

only size (bid and ask volume)at the traded level is shown. The others are missing in th e DOM. I use Rithmic Trading [trading]. When I change the Data/Trade service for SC-Data All services, the volume (size) come back. Whzn I use Rithmic, bid and ask size/volume disappeared, only the level traded is shown. Beside this, everything is ok.

What you are seeing when you change the service to SC Data - All Services is the Delayed Exchange Data Feed, which includes the Market Depth Data, but it is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds.

When your service is set to Rithmic, you are then getting your data from Rithmic. You would need to ask your broker why you are not getting Market Depth with your Rithmic data.

Note that you were using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed in December, but that service did not renew on January 1, 2021 due to an insufficient balance. If you want to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to add funds to your account and renew the service. You can renew from this page:

You tell me about renewing Denali Exchange Data Feed service. If I do that, will I have the Market Depth data and continue using Rithmic. I need rithmic to be evaluated by earn2trade.

There is a mistake in post #2. You were using what is called the "Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed". Not the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You were using it for EUREX data.

With Rithmic are you trading on the EUREX exchange?
