What you are seeing when you change the service to SC Data - All Services is the Delayed Exchange Data Feed, which includes the Market Depth Data, but it is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds. When your service is set to Rithmic, you are then getting your data from Rithmic. You would need to ask your broker why you are not getting Market Depth with your Rithmic data. Note that you were using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed in December, but that service did not renew on January 1, 2021 due to an insufficient balance. If you want to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to add funds to your account and renew the service.
