problem when rolling over

I try to rollover ESZ20-CME to ESH21-CME but after rolling over price stops moving although ESH21-CME have a much more trading volume.
please help me as soon as possible

Usually when there is something like this it is because you are using a mix of old and new symbols. Make sure that all your symbols are using the new format by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the information here:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

If this is not the case, then we would need to see your Message Log.

The two symbols we see in the screenshot, are no longer trading. You need to roll them over to the current contracts:
