Usually when there is something like this it is because you are using a mix of old and new symbols. Make sure that all your symbols are using the new format by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the information here:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

If this is not the case, then we would need to see your Message Log.
