Hello, Firstly I just want to say after a 18 months of use with you guys, I'll be a customer for life if you keep up the updates. So thank you for your wonderful work! In the last month I am having issues when I work on my laptop. It seems like there is delayed data by at least 15 minutes. When I am at my main workstation on my PC there is never any problems with up to date data. I am using Interactive Brokers with my setup, which never had an issue prior. Can you help me with this? It's pretty imperative for my trade setup. Thank you, Patrick |

It sounds like on your laptop you are actually getting the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group from us, rather than the Interactive Brokers data. Make sure that your laptop is setup to connect to Interactive Brokers. You will find the Setup Instructions here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions If you do have it setup properly, then it could be that you are hitting a limit of data connections.
