It sounds like on your laptop you are actually getting the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group from us, rather than the Interactive Brokers data. Make sure that your laptop is setup to connect to Interactive Brokers. You will find the Setup Instructions here:

If you do have it setup properly, then it could be that you are hitting a limit of data connections. You would have to ask Interactive Brokers about that.
