Our data provider for Historical Daily data, and the SC Exchange Data Feed , Barchart, has some network problems causing two issues: One of the issues you will see is getting responses like this: HD Request # 11 | Response is invalid and contains a webpage: <html><head><title>504 Gateway Time-out</title></head><body bgcolor="white"><center><h1>504 Gateway Time-out</h1></center><hr><center>nginx/1.13.6</center></body></html> This issue is now resolved. This was a Barchart server error. To update your Historical Daily data charts now, use this Edit menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Download Data For All Historical Charts Another issue, is that we have heard is that historical Intraday data which would include US equities and exchanges other than the CME Group, will download slowly. We are not observing this problem ourselves at the current time. We want to make it clear, that this issue in no way affected the Denali Exchange Data Feed data and in no way affected local chart data loading times. I have the issue on both intraday and historical data but on Denali data feed for CME and it is not solved also if I delete and download data. CME DENALI NOT WORKING FROM 17.30 PM eu TIME |

Regarding post #2 , we will respond to that thread, but there are no problems with the Denali data feed. However, since you are using EUREX data any delays with downloading that data, will also delay the request for data from the Denali data.

Yes there are no problems at all with this functionality. Certainly not related to this thread. Several posts have been deleted from this thread from one user which has wrongfully attributed a rollover of a futures contract and the illiquidity in that next contract month to this problem. We will delete posts that are unrelated so that users are not being misled. This thread is now locked and that is why it is when we post technical issues or some other things the top of this board we lock threads as to avoid incorrect information from users from being posted. This is only a waste of our time. Users need to trust that what we tell them is accurate. And not insist on an incorrect view.
