Hi,

I have some issues with SC date feed as below:
1. In "Find Symbol" I have "Futures - EUREX" and Futures - EUREX (Old). Which one is correct and why I see both?
2. What is the correct and valid Symbol for DAX and mini DAX future? I have found DYZ20 and TMZ20 but in "Futures - EUREX (Old!!)?
3. I have incomplete data for DYZ20 (missing data between 19 Nov, 9:20 and 7 Dec, 17:35). I have tried Delete All Data and Download but it does not help. File enclosed.
4. I have incomplete data for TMZ20 (missing data from 4 Dec, 15:40 onwards). File enclosed.
5. When I move into TMZ it shows as enclosed (Symbol is unknown).

1. We have updated the symbols so that the symbol you now see in Sierra Chart is the actual symbol that is used on the exchange. Previously, this was not always the case. We have kept the old symbols (Old) just to help ease the transition for our customers. We recommend just using the updated symbols (the ones without the (Old) in the name). You can update all your symbols by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the information here:
Important Update: "SC Data-All Services" Symbol Cleanup | Post: 239782

2. Within the new symbols these would be FDAXZ20-EUREX (DAX) and FDXMZ20-EUREX (Mini DAX).

3, 4, 5. Perform the update to the symbols as discussed in item #1 above and then see where you are with respect to the data. If you were using a mix of the symbols (old and new) then that could have caused an issue with some of the data. You may need to go back and select Delete all Data and Download if the charts do not update.

It is very important that you update Sierra Chart to the current version to ensure that all symbols are translated when you use Translate Symbols to Current Service, and there are no potential issues with the translation.

Instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

After the update open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

And then follow the instructions here to download any missing data:
