Hi I Traded Micro E mini SP 500, Micro E mini Russell 2000 and Micro E mini Nasdaq. Now I can not. It write me unknown symbol. What can I do if I want to trade Micro E mini futures. Thanks o lot. |

First, update your Symbol Settings to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information. Refer to the following instructions: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Then disconnect and reconnect to the data feed following these instructions: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers If you continue to have a problem, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
