Hello I was holding 1 contract position on 6C before close on Friday with stop and target orders in place that are good till cancelled. Now I see my position was somehow closed, orders cancelled and trade activity log shows it happened by market on Saturday. How come? I was planning to hold this position over weekend. I'm on trading evaluator account with apteros. |

We are looking this over. We need to check this in more detail but this account may be set to have its positions closed at the end of the day. Although that should not have happened on a Saturday. It should have happened at the close of Friday. We are looking into the reason for that.

Ok we have done a thorough review of this. This simulated account is set to have its Positions closed at the end of the day. The problem is, due to a time zone calculation error, which is now fixed, the Positions were attempted to be closed an hour later after the market closed preventing them from being closed at that time. There was a circumstance on Saturday where the pending market order for the closing the Position filled based on the current pricing data. Why that occurred when the market was also closed is not known at this time. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
