Hello, When I use custom .csv file for charting, I can't set the Start Time any other than 00:00:00. It just returns a blank chart. I'd like to have it fixed because vertical lines in forward bar area are not correct if I don't set correct times. It used to be fine in older versions. I attach a sample .csv data file. thanks. We are not having any problem with the file you sent and changing the Chart Times. The most likely reason you cannot change the Chart Times is that there is another chart that is referencing this one and it requires that they have the same times. Refer to the following information: Chart Session Times: Session Times Automatically Changing Unexpectedly For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I can record the screen if you need. Could you help me further? |

yes. And more seriously, the bar period seems to be fixed at 1 Day length, regardless of its settings. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-10-14 05:29:36

Ok so there is something about the timestamps of the data that you are using that is the issue.

The same problem persists even with the example data made from the documentation(I just pasted them and saved as a .csv file), so it doesn't look like a data problem. I don't know what to do if it still happens with the fresh installation & official example. Text/CSV Data Format Example for Intraday Data Date, Time, Open, High, Low, Close, Volume 2013/06/10, 09:45, 19.17, 19.18, 19.16, 19.17, 5000 2013/06/10, 09:46, 19.16, 19.16, 19.13, 19.16, 2600 2013/06/10, 09:47, 19.17, 19.17, 19.13, 19.14, 8400 2013/06/10, 09:48, 19.13, 19.14, 19.05, 19.08, 8400 2013/06/10, 09:49, 19.08, 19.08, 19.04, 19.04, 8100 Additional note : I tested and there is no problem with version 2000, so there must be some glitch in newer versions I believe.
