What to do in case of issue on routing order TT/AMP SierraFutures

Hi I would like to know in case of any kind of urgent issue concerning any possible failures during the routing of an order or cancellation not done etc who can I call? The experience with the AMP customer service for std questions it's not good it takes a lot of time. thx for letting me know Albertp |

You really would only need to rely upon your broker if TT has an interruption to the exchange. And in that case, your broker would have to call the exchange to manage the issue.
