Data feed problem

Hello,

My platform was working well until today. I am on a trial period but it ends on Oct 8th. I have this message and it seems I cannot get data feed. The platform does not show any price movement, unless I disconnect the data feed and re-connect or close the platform and open it again. Even so, it shows how the price of the asset has changed but it stays at that point if I leave it open (no movement at all).
