Hello, Currently I am using AMP with the Denali/TT service. I would like to add data for US equities and SPY Indexes as well. I assume to do this I would need to purchase the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. A few questions: 1) Is there a discount for having both services? 2) Can I keep payment for Denali/TT through AMP and pay separately through Sierra for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed? 3) Am I able to access data for both futures and equities/spy index seamlessly with one instance, as well as trade? Thanks. |

You are correct, you would need to add the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the exchanges you want. 1. Yes, there is a $10.00 USD credit to your account each month that you are using both data feeds. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/RealTimeDataFeedsAvailableFromSierraChart.php#UsingBothDenaliExchangeDataFeedAndSierraChartExchangeDataFeed 2. Yes, you can keep your current payments through AMP and then pay for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed direct tthrough your Sierra Chart account. Just for information, it is not possible for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed to be paid for through your AMP account. 3. You can access the data for Futures, Equities and Indices from a single instance with no problem. But, the Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service does not support trading Equities. Therefore, if you are wanting to trade Equities from Sierra Chart, you would have to setup an account with Interactive Brokers, as that is the only company we work with that supports trading Equities. In this case (of when using Interactive Brokers), you would need to setup two different installations of Sierra Chart in order to connect to the different trading accounts. I have just changed back from Tradovate to AMP, and signed up for Dinali routing/data on July 30. However when I tried to connect to AMP to trade, I get this error: CQG/WebAPI/Logon unsuccessful. Trader is not enabled to use SierraChart Data. Contact your FCM. So then I called AMP the other day and they said Data/Routing/Payment comes through Sierra. Yet, in the past I have always gotten 'Permission' log-in code for Sierra from AMP. Can you please shed some light on this. Are they just trying to 'pass the buck'? |

The message you are getting points to the issue we outline here: CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Account Requirements But, the first thing is that we need to ensure that you went through all of the Setup Instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If that is all setup properly and you are getting that message, then you do need to contact AMP and have them deal with the issue as we referenced above. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
