I have just changed back from Tradovate to AMP, and signed up for Dinali routing/data on July 30. However when I tried to connect to AMP to trade, I get this error: CQG/WebAPI/Logon unsuccessful. Trader is not enabled to use SierraChart Data. Contact your FCM.

So then I called AMP the other day and they said Data/Routing/Payment comes through Sierra. Yet, in the past I have always gotten 'Permission' log-in code for Sierra from AMP. Can you please shed some light on this. Are they just trying to 'pass the buck'?
