SC not picking up CQG data feed (fromAMP)

Pre March 2020 I had SC connected to CQG live Futures data (CME bundle) via AMP This subscription ran out during covid-19 and today I renewed the subscription to CME bundle TOB , Top of Board However, when I fire up Sierra Charts it throws up an error 'current service package does not support this function.....' Is there something I've missed? I thought SC came free with AMP package 3! |

First, use the Forced Login option to ensure that your local system is synced up with our servers.
