Please see attached image. This is a recent problem I'm on 2168. The problem gets fixed if I un maximize current chart window and re maximize.

The crosshair is always going to match with the center of a chart bar. The small cross at your pointer position is not always going to match. There is nothing wrong here.

I think I understand what you're saying, it's always a little off. However in this case even when I click on a drawing or order line It will not be selected unless I move my mouse significantly away from the drawing ( click on empty space). I'll try and get another screenshot.

Here is a video representing the issue. As you can see this is an issue with the crosshair and pointer. To reproduce, open up sierra chart with a chart window that's already maximized.

It is hard for us to understand this from the video.

From what we can tell, we recommend adjusting this setting to a smaller value:
Chart Drawing Tools: Drawing Selection Margin in Pixels (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Tool Options)

It does not make sense there would be any real problem.

I have uploaded a second video with audio, I hope this illustrates the problem clearly.

Issue still unresolved. Not sure why you're not taking this seriously.

We definitively do not see how there is any issue here for us to resolve. It is hard to follow along from the first video. And the second video does not exist. Maybe the file was too large. Do not post further videos. They are just not helpful as we always state:
Support Board Posting Information: Do Not Post Videos Unless Requested!

There is either a misunderstanding, a settings issue, or a problem with your system. We called and left a message so we can look at this directly on your system to see what we can determine.

And also understand the pointer is not always going to match with the crosshair from the Chart Values tool which is aligned to the chart bars.

We do not want to look at a video. We need to do a remote assistance session with you. The video is completely useless to us. Do not spend further time on videos. We will not look at them.

Sorry for posting the video again, I was not aware that you are willing to do a remote assistant. The issue was a windows 10 problem, after the latest system update the issue is now resolved.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Yes we figured it must have been some system level issue.
