Adding NYMEX data

Hello,
I have had CME data active and just this month added NYMEX. However CL only load the data for that moment in time, it's not a continuous data stream. The symbol is right and I've relaunched my platform. Is there something else in the Data Connection settings that needs to be adjusted?

The CME data is coming through just fine, as before. It's the CL data, though, that isn't flowing.

Most likely the reason is what is described in the documentation here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Market Data Authorizations for Symbols/Exchanges

But, if you think it may be something else, then we would need to see your Message Log. Follow these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
