Hello, I have had CME data active and just this month added NYMEX. However CL only load the data for that moment in time, it's not a continuous data stream. The symbol is right and I've relaunched my platform. Is there something else in the Data Connection settings that needs to be adjusted? The CME data is coming through just fine, as before. It's the CL data, though, that isn't flowing. TIA for your assistance |
