My account is not downloading data for Futures market

Today 09-02-2020 I have made the log in to the system and made the payment of 98 USD and the system doesn't work, it does not download the data of the TPO. I don't know why, I have try everything but at the moment the system doesnt show even the data until yesterday.

Could you please review the status of my account Jose.Rios and see if there is something else that I need to activate or renew please.

You are not setup with either of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds, and it does not look like you are connected to an external vendor for data. Therefore, you should only be receiving historical data. Depending on the particular symbol that you are looking at, the data may only update at the end of the day.

In general, refer to the information at the following link to understand the Historical Data Service:

If you do not find your answer in the above documentation, then we would need to know one symbol that you are looking at and a screenshot of the chart showing the last data in that chart.
