This is the first time I have used the Sierra Real Time Data Connection. My Market Data Agreement was just approved a few hours ago. I am connected through my account with the trade service TD Ameritrade. I have been using Barchart data service for several months and have had no problem with my charts. I have followed the instructions for setting up the Sierra Real Time data. I get an error message SYMBOL NOT FOUND for ESH4. I tried to reset the activation button in an attempt to reconnect the data feed. Now it says I have to add more money to the account to activate the account. Could you please reactivate my account and tell me why I can't get connected. I do not see the [M] after the symbol indicating I am connected. Thanks Fred |

The Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Data Feed is properly activated on your account until the end of the month regardless of whether it is set to automatically renew or not. We will allow the data feed to be activated and set to auto renew even if there is an insufficient balance for the next billing month. That will be done tomorrow. You need to select the correct symbols through File >> Find Symbol. If you still have difficulty, post a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#log You also will not be able to access the CME futures data feed unless your TD Ameritrade account has at least 500 USD in it.
