This is the first time I have used the Sierra Real Time Data Connection. My Market Data Agreement was just approved a few hours ago.

I am connected through my account with the trade service TD Ameritrade.

I have been using Barchart data service for several months and have had no problem with my charts.

I have followed the instructions for setting up the Sierra Real Time data. I get an error message SYMBOL NOT FOUND for ESH4.

I tried to reset the activation button in an attempt to reconnect the data feed. Now it says I have to add more money to the account to activate the account.

Could you please reactivate my account and tell me why I can't get connected. I do not see the [M] after the symbol indicating I am connected.
