Service names are as listed in the Data/Trade Service Settings dialog.

I am currently using the "SC Futures Order Routing/Data" service for my futures trading. I also wish to receive NYSE and NASDAQ equity symbols. Can these be received through my existing data service setting, or would I need to use the "SC Data - All Services" data service? Obviously, SC Data - All Services does not provide order routing, so this would be an issue.

Providing I CAN receive it through my existing service setting, how would I go about adding it? I currently subscribe my CME futures through AMP. Would I just fund directly with Sierra?

You do not need to worry about what your Data/Trade Service Settings - Service is set to. The important setting is Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds on that same settings window.

In order to receive the U.S. Equities data, you would need to also subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange.

I pay for the Denali/CME feed I currently have through AMP. I suspect I need to pay for the SCEDF directly with you yes? And if so, it means I'll be paying in two separate places... will I still be eligible for the $10.00 account credit each month for having 2 data feeds?

Yes you do need to pay Sierra Chart directly for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

will I still be eligible for the $10.00 account credit each month for having 2 data feeds?
We will check on this.

No, as you are getting the Denali Data feed through AMP Futures and not directly.

If you pay directly for both feeds, then you will be able to get the rebate.

I'm not sure why that makes any difference. Aren't you still being paid, and aren't I the the one ultimately paying you?
