You do not need to worry about what your Data/Trade Service Settings - Service is set to. The important setting is Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds on that same settings window. In order to receive the U.S. Equities data, you would need to also subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange.
