Hi, Apologies for opening the ticket but I have been trying to resolve this issue for a couple of days and am making no progress. I am not receiving realtime data for indicies. I have an assigned funded trading account with AMP. I believe I have followed all the instructions for installation and worked through the suggestions in the help section. I'm guessing the resolution is something simple that I have missed or not purchased. I have live data for oil and a green data connection, so I'm assuming I've made a beginner's error somewhere. Have I purchased the correct package to receive data or is this something I need to pursue with AMP? Kind regards Anthony |

What are the indicies that you are looking to get data for. What are the symbols that you are using? Sierra Chart Support |

Hi Max, Apologies for the late reply, I have been on a break. I'm looking for order flow and TPO data for S&P, Dax, E-mini S&P 500 futures and Nas if possible. My subscriptions are due for renewal and I would like to make sure I have the right packages. Kind regards Anthony |

You will need to use both the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group futures. And the SC Exchange Data Feed for EUREX.
