Hi, Apologies for opening the ticket but I have been trying to resolve this issue for a couple of days and am making no progress. I am not receiving realtime data for indicies. I have an assigned funded trading account with AMP. I believe I have followed all the instructions for installation and worked through the suggestions in the help section. I'm guessing the resolution is something simple that I have missed or not purchased. I have live data for oil and a green data connection, so I'm assuming I've made a beginner's error somewhere. Have I purchased the correct package to receive data or is this something I need to pursue with AMP? Kind regards Anthony |
